The bar alla Pesa, a historic restaurant in the center of Segusino that takes its name from the public weighing house that was once located here, offers quick lunches during the week and more elaborate lunches and dinners (in the evening by reservation only), including traditional dishes such as Bigoi with duck sauce, gnocchi with ricotta cheese, rabbit in “tecia”, stewed snails with mint.
