Family-run business with a production of the product as per tradition … with that something extra.
From the end of August to the end of February it is possible to find the potatoes, while the fresh sausage is available from October to March and the soppresse until they are sold out.
The company, which also produces wine with the Val D’Oca vineyard, was founded in 1974. Among the various products two particularities are Stracciatella (a salami with cubes of meat inside) and soppressa produced with minced hot pepper.

Fresh cured meats: sausages, salami, salami with garlic, cotechini, sopressa, sopressa stracciatella, pancetta, ossacolli (coppa). Potatoes: red, yellow, white. Wines in collaboration with Val D'Oca Cantina Sociale.
