The raw materials used are quality products: from selected local meats and cheeses to homemade giardiniera.
This historic Milies eatery was founded in 1960; it has been passionately run by Dino and his family since 2018.
Specializing in meats such as ribs – Florentine – Prussian steak cut with certificate of guarantee, donkey stew and mixed grills cooked in the larin (a fireplace with central hearth around which you can sit) and served on hot stone, it offers a wide variety of wines: 50 types including whites and reds from Trentino wines to Spanish ones.
The rooms are rustic contemporary with tables and some furnishings from the 1960s kept from the old osteria.
