For several generations the Stramare family has been running the dairy cowshed in the village, raising pigs for the production of sausages, and for over a decade they have been managing the “Molvine-Binot” malga, a refreshment point for countless tourists during the summer season, who stop there to taste the famous “formai sul tec” (cooked cheese) with polenta.

At the store of the malga or of the farm it is possible to buy salami, soppressa, pancetta, ossocollo, cotechini, fresh and seasoned malga cheese, s-cech, fresh and smoked ricotta, butter.
