La Roja, born from the idea of 4 friends, sells homemade cold cuts, made from mid-October to mid-February, derived from raising pigs in the wild.
The pigs are fed only flour, vegetables and apples without the use of feed.
The farm produces salami, sausages, soppressa (a kind of salami) with wine of own production and, on request, “figadet” (typical sausage with the addition of offal). The products must be booked by phone and can be found, always with telephone notice, at the kiosk “Al Bar-chet” next to the camper area.
